How Long We Keep Contact Form Messages
- Messages from people who may need our help, and messages Our system is not sure about, are kept in our database as long as We reasonably need them.
- Messages that Our system identifies as spam or automated are deleted from the database after 90 days.
Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To keep automated spam out, Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile runs in the background when You use the form. You are not asked to solve a puzzle. To tell people from bots, Turnstile receives limited technical information from Your browser, such as Your IP address, browser type, and the website it is running on. Cloudflare handles that information under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and its general Privacy Policy. Our website receives only the result of the check, whether it passed or not, and not the technical information Turnstile collects. We keep that result with the message.
